Orphans in Gaza are facing the added brutality of struggling for food and shelter, often while looking after younger siblings. The children of Palestine have endured months of famine-like conditions.&nbsp;60,000&nbsp;children need treatment for acute malnutrition, and the effects of malnourishment in childhood will continue to have effects on their lives and health for years to come.
